 Subject: Ask for permission to arrange a book fair in school.

 

Dear Sir,

            We would to say that the students of your school are highly interested to arrange a book fair on the occasion of the Independence Day. We strongly suppose it will improve the patriotic zeal among the students and increase their love for reading books. We have already contacted the local booksellers and publishers, and they have also given their permission to contribute in the fair. Some of the teachers of our college are giving us essential guidance. Now what we require most is to organize and decorate the school playground for this function.

 We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to give us permission and necessary assistance to arrange and hold the fair successfully in our School.
